"Well, when I was very young I took the initiative to start a business while I was in high school. I started a small business selling candy and other items to my classmates. There were challenges to faced, yes, but I managed to overcame them through hard work and perseverance".

"For me, as an entrepreneur, it's been critical to always stay positive. When things aren't going your way, it's easy to let that get the best of you and make you think about giving up. But you have to remember that no one has it easy and you're just like everyone else. What have been the biggest successes of your entrepreneurial journey so far?

"The biggest success of my entrepreneurial journey so far is learning how to be a better business leader. I've been able to build a successful business, but the biggest part of that is learning how to lead a team and build great relationships with my employees. I've been able to help them grow professionally and financially, and they've been able to help me grow my business".

"An aspiring entrepreneur must be able to identify opportunities in the market and then take action to make those ideas a reality. The best advice I could give to aspiring entrepreneurs is to think big and don't be afraid to take risks. You never know what could be the next big thing!"

"Failure is an inevitable part of life, and even the most successful entrepreneurs have dealt with it. But failure is not the end. It's a learning opportunity that helps you get to where you want to be. Learn from your mistakes, regroup, and keep moving forward".

"For me, the best way to stay productive and motivated is to make a schedule. Plan out tasks, meetings, and time for myself. I like to meditate and pray while looking at my goals throughout the day. It helps me to be mentally prepared and be in a better mood. I also schedule my tasks so I am more likely to finish them. If a task isn't scheduled, it's likely to be forgotten".

"Being an entrepreneur has taught me to take my time and not rush anything. When you're running a business, you have to think long-term and not just about the short-term goals. You have to think about what you want your business to look like in five or ten years, and then make decisions that will get you there".

"Well, probably the most rewarding part of my entrepreneurial journey was when I signed my first big contract. It really impacted my life in a very positive way. I cannot express how happy I was when I signed the contract, it completely affected my future plans".

"Of course I must mention and thank my family. They have been the most supportive and have encouraged me the most. Even if the business has failed, they will still be there to support me and give me motivation to try again".

"The most important lesson I've learned as an entrepreneur is to be more open-minded when it comes to making decisions. Sometimes, we let our biases and preconceived notions get the better of us and that can lead to mistakes that could have been avoided if we were more open-minded. It's important to listen to all points of view and take them into consideration when making decisions".

How have you managed to balance your personal and professional lives?

"As an entrepreneur, you have to learn to effectively manage time. There are several ways that you can do this, such as setting a schedule for yourself and sticking to it, delegating tasks to others, and prioritizing tasks that are the most important. That's what I do and it works for me".

What are some of the biggest challenges you've faced in running a business?

"The biggest challenge we've faced is cash flow. We're a startup and we're still trying to figure out our profit margins. But we're working through it, and we're confident we'll get there".

"To have perseverance. Being perseverante is what has helped me get through the hard times. Being an entrepreneur is not easy, and there will be many challenges along the way. There were days where I wanted to give up and other days where I felt like I could conquer the world. You know, you cannot give up on your dreams and your ideas. I would suggest other entrepreneurs to push forward no matter what and remain perseverant".
